Vegan Tofu Scrambled ‘eggs’

Yields1 Serving

 8 oz Extra firm tofu
 1 tbsp vegan butter
 ½ tsp turmeric
 ½ tsp paprika
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 ½ tsp garlic salt
 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 80 ml plant based milk i use soy or almond
Optional Extras
 black pepper
 fried onions
 button mushrooms cooked in soy sauce
 ¼ tsp black salt ... Kala Namak

Combine all ingredients except tofu add the black salt if using [gives a more eggy taste] mix together.
Crumble the Tofu and add to the marinade let sit for around 30 mins.
Fry off the onions if using.
Cook the button mushrooms in soy sauce if using.
Cook the Tofu mix until hot, serve with any additions and enjoy.
