Raw vegan mango salsa

 1 cup Finely chopped mango
 ½ a diced avocado
 ½ a finely chopped red chilli
 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
 ½ tbsp chopped coriander (fresh)
 12 tbsp lime juice
 salt to taste

This is a great side or salad topper. Looks beautiful and tastes alive!

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl
This will keep around 2 days in the fridge
Enjoy!
